"Uber 1" is a part of Reiter's "Uber" series from 2023. In total of 8 pieces, the artist tells a story of taking an Uber taxi in Berlin while depicting the stages of emotional overload. The reduced colors of the paintings are a conscious choice to draw the viewer's attention to the protagonist's story, making a feminist statement about the safety and well-being of young women in a big city.
