The Culterim Gallery provides a platform for artists participating in the interim cultural use concept of Culterim. Although, especially among up and coming talented artists, studio and exhibition venues are a critical issue and rare, we are faced with vacancies across the country. The concept of Culterim tackles this mismatch by creating temporary residencies, studios and exhibition spaces in otherwise unused venues.

 

The works originated or exhibited as part of our concept are presented to the public and offered for sale in exhibitions and digitally here at our online art market. Our objective is to support up-and-coming artists by providing studio and exhibition venues and connecting them with people interested in art. By deciding to purchase one of our artworks, you are also deciding to support an urban-political/societal agenda - 70% to the artist, 25% to create space for art and culture and 5% to the non-profit Culterim Stipendium e. V.
