Inside the Berlin ring next to the underground station Kaiserdamm and ring station Messe Nord/ICC is another studio project of our interim cultural use concept. We are offering 12 private studios for a minimum of 6 months with high potential for renewal.

The rent is 10€/m2 incuding all additional costs. No VAT needed. The costs for the common areas of a unit are divided by the number of studios. You are allowed to share the studio. The private studios are situated in a shared space. They are clean and dry, have daylight and are in a ready-to-work state. All studios have access to sanitary facilities. Contracts are unlimited after 6 months with a notice period of 2 months. All forms of art are welcomed, preferebly artists who have a clean working process. Artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7.
