On an industrial estate 5 minutes from the Heidelberger Platz ring and underground station, we have converted two former office buildings into studio houses with in total 17 long-term studios. The private studios range from 18 to 70 sqm, have fixed overhead lights, daylight windows, electricity, heating, freight lift, community areas and a lockable door. Next to the studios, one can individually add little storage rooms to your contract.

Studios cost from 339€ (no VAT needed) including utilities. Sanitary facilities are available on every floor. Contracts are open-ended with 6 month notice. Artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7.
