The works "The internet is inside us" and "Ticket machine kt 0334" are part of the "Transit" series. The installation quotes and comments on a scene from everyday life: a place of transit, of movement between spaces. The installation deals with the overlapping of spaces through the digital and the dissolving boundaries between them. An emptied pictorial space is juxtaposed with everyday real space. A space of waiting and movement in a flow of information and images that gain presence through their absence.
 
"Ticket vending machine kt 0334" is reminiscent of a ticket vending machine from the German night transport system. Traces of rust are inscribed on the surface, the display reproduces characters that could remotely resemble writing. A dystopian view of an image of our everyday living space.
