The work „Signature (6)“ shows an enlarged photograph, printed on canvas, of tags in public spaces, which are stretched on stretcher frames and covered with layers of resin. The photographs are taken from different distances with a camera flash that is always visible. This flash has the function of a tag of its own and opens up the freedom to inscribe oneself in the depicted typeface as well as in one's own visual work. The following application of the resin is read as the actual painterly aspect of the work.
