Inside the Berlin ring next to the underground station Kaiserdamm is the next studio project of our interim cultural use concept. We are converting the unused attic again into temporary shared studios from May until the end of October 2024.

To cover the studio costs a flat rate of 150€ plus VAT (125€ for students) per month is required. The spaces are situated in two large shared attic studios. Each attic studio has around 250m2 and offers space for 5 artists. The studios are clean and dry, have daylight and are in a ready-to-work state. The building has an elevator and all studios have access to sanitary facilities. Artists are allowed to work in the studios from 08:00 to 21:00h every day.
