In a former workers' house in Herzbergstraße, 12 studios for all art forms are available for at least one year with a high potential for renewal. The house is located in the middle of the industrial area in Berlin Lichtenberg, near the Dong Xuan Center and is well connected to public transport. Each private studio is approximately 22 sqm and has a private storage/workshop space (15 sqm). The studios have fixed overhead lights, daylight windows, electricity and a lockable door.

A flat fee of €200 plus VAT per month is charged to cover studio costs, including utilities. Sanitary facilities are available in a container in front of the building. Contracts are open-ended with 1 month notice. Artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7.
