The private studios range from 15 to 63 sqm, have daylight windows, electricity, heating, elevator, community areas and a lockable door. The carpets will be covered with PVC.

Studios cost from 373€ (no VAT needed) including utilities and electricity. Sanitary facilities and a kitchen space are available inside the unit. Contracts are open-ended with 6 month notice. Artists are allowed to work in the studios 24/7.
