We cordially invite you to the upcoming Kunstverein Culterim e.V. exhibition “Dual Constuctions“.

The Kunstverein Culterim e. V. presents the first spatial scholarship exhibition "Dual

Constructions" by Binha Haase and Merlind Papke. The duo from Berlin and Leipzig will be

showing video, sculpture and photography at Culterim's exhibitions space at Gesundbrunnen, in

Berlin.

The exhibition, which will take place from December 14 to 16, 2023, consists of two works that

will enter into a dialog for the first time. The video work "Shape" by Binha Haase, in cooperation

with Olav Amende, questions the commercialization of the body in digital space. Merlind Papke shows works from the "Transit Facility" series and combines them with the architecture of the

former cell phone store by creating site-specific interventions.

Visitors are invited to experience the moments of transformation and actively engage with the

artists Binha Haase and Merlind Papke. The exhibition offers space for conversations about the

diverse aspects of shape-shifting and the transfer of meaning.
