Nils Blau was born 1994 in Schwetzingen, Germany. He studied Fine Arts in the sculpture class under Prof. Karsten Konrad at the University of Arts Berlin. He graduated in 2021 with a Master’s degree. Nils Blau’s artistic practice revolves around the idea of a hybrid perception of nature and a science-critical approach related to an anthropocentric concept. His sculptures and installations are comprised of his preferred medium of ceramics.
